I work with electoral and advocacy campaigns, nonprofits, and small businesses to help them achieve their communications, outreach, and impact goals, providing planning, management, and execution of many functions, including:* developing impactful campaign strategies and plans;* designing, building, and managing their digital infrastructure (website, CRM, social media, etc.);* developing multi-media content creation and digital actions;* writing, publishing, and promoting content and actions for print, digital, and social media platforms;* increasing outreach and engagement through partnership, media, and influencer relationship-building;* managing teams and projects;* establishing and managing internal processes for efficient and effective team functioning;* developing and facilitating presentations, webinars, and trainings; and * planning and organizing events. I am purpose driven, and I seek work that aligns with my values. My dream job is one which in which I can apply my strategy, organizing, and communications experience to climate action, protecting LGBTQIA+ rights, advancing equity in education, and strengthening our democratic systems. A common thread that unites all my experience is that I am a connector and an organizer. I believe in creating networks of relationships in which everyone derives benefits. But I also know that this can be complex work, and complexity requires organization and structure. I enjoy creating systems that help teams succeed, streamline project execution, and enable strong, lasting connections.
