Experienced Design Director and Graphic Designer with a demonstrated history of working in the graphic design industry. Skilled in Graphics, Presentation, Logo Design, Typography, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Figma and Canva. Strong arts and design professional with administrative and organizational experience. Over the course of my employment I have worked in numerous aspects of the design field. Most proficiently in brand, presentation, advertising, animation, layout, web and UI/UX design. I have experience in leading teams as well as organizing and running trainings for various categories of work. Setting up requrements, leading training and developing a test scenario which is used for a final assesment of someones skill levels. Experience in assesing talent and onboarding, as well as leading initial calls on determining what are the expectations of the position the candidate has applied to. During my employment I have also assisted in work process streamlining and improvement. Gathering information based on communities preferences and wishes to create a working prototype of improvements that would be benificial for the companies success.
