Although my interests and experience started with academic biochem research at young age, over time I found business and management far more rewarding. I started my career in business by working for a large biotech equipment manufacturor as their regional manager for molecular biology department, and eventually started managing my own company. I have been running a foreign language school and institute for adult education since 2011. The job allowed me to combine my enthusiasm for education and IT with my management skills, and develop a nationally recognised educational company. In 2015 we were recognised as the most successful small business in Split-Dalmatia region by Croatian Chamber of Commerce. In the same year, we were awarded Croatian Quality symbol by the Chamber of Commerce, a recognition of excellence in all of our services. We also received multiple European grants for software development and teacher training programmes.
