About Joslyn Dougherty

I am the President and part owner of Steinbacher Enterprises, Inc. My husband, Matt Dougherty, and I bought my father's business in 2016. We are a third generation, family owned business. A little background on me. I started working in this business when I was in high school, where I worked in the field. I went to Pennsylvania College of Technology for Business Management and came back to work in the office. Through the years I have learned so much about this business. I have to say that most of my experience in knowing how it works was working hands on with our employees in the field. I now understand the "why" and "how" when we are doing our work. I take pride in our work, our employees, and making new connections in our industry. I never tire of learning from others, or taking advice on how to make our business better! We pride ourselves in the quality and character of our work. We are proud of where we came from and what we have become today.
