With a degree in Economics and postgraduate studies in Logistics and International Relations, I have accumulated over 20 years of experience in supply chain management. My career has been marked by significant achievements in process improvement, team collaboration, indicator development, report generation, and strategic alignment with suppliers, all while adhering to ethical standards and conduct codes. I am known for my organizational skills, ability to meet challenging targets, and maintaining excellent relationships with both internal clients and suppliers. I have conducted numerous supplier visits, including extended on-site engagements to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery schedules. During my two-year expatriation in Mexico, I served as a supply chain liaison, facilitating communication between procurement, suppliers, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of components and prevent production delays. I have developed new suppliers, generating results exceeding x millions USD, and focused on reducing lead times, managing strategic inventories, and negotiating contracts to minimize risks and enhance quality.
