Technical Work Leader in today’s fast-paced, high-tech environment tempered by 21 plus years of military service in Quality Assurance, project management, team building, training development and implementation programs for personnel from various education, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds- Preservation Coating System Quality Assurance Inspector and Maintenance Manager for the Aviation Fuels Division. Planned, directed, and monitored the scheduling of JP-5 tank inspections and repairs- Negotiated repair contracts, managed maintenance and repairs of the fuel systems; develop test sequence, monitors procedures for maintaining quality control; prepares quarterly maintenance schedules; responsible for materials and supplies for organizational unit; supervises inspection procedures to ensure that technical planning,specifications and standards of workmanship are met. Responsible for technical adequacy, accuracy and execution of newly installed parts and components of aviation fuel systems and related equipment. Set priorities for any project scheduled and identify manning requirement to support and meet key events.
