About Jouni Lintonen

I have over 30 years of experience working with plastic industry. I started working for GWS Perlos Oy in 1988 in Nurmijärvi Finland. My main job was to do test trials for production cells independently and accept them to production. Those trials were mainly made at manufacturer plants all over Europe before delivering them to Perlos plant. I also worked as supervisor during ramp ups at Perlos plant. Another important job was to educate people to work with injection molding technic and develop injection molding knowledge. In June 1998 I started working for EM-Kone Oy. EM-Kone is one of the biggest companies in Finland which imports injection molding machines and related equipment to Finland. Most of the representations are from Germany, Japan, France and Italy. I was in direct contact to these companies in English. One of the main jobs was contacting new clients in Finland and also in Estonia. December 2010 I started my career as a supervisor at Plastone Nurmijärvi. After three years, in February 2014, I started my new post as Manufacturing Manager. Still strongly focusing on injection molding and production development. In August 2019 I started my new role as Plant Manager.
