For achieving results with the team in a fast-paced work environment, getting out of satisfaction zone, empowering leadership and motivated employees are the key factors, to which I personally want to aim for. In current role in business support team, I still participate to sourcing issues daily.I also have a long-term experience in working as Quality Manager and Project Manager in project based industry. I have created and maintained certified quality systems and worked with quality system implementation/developments, quality documentations and quality control. I was in responsible for company's internal and external auditions and other quality related systems. I have also experience working with projects. As Project Manager I got valuable experience e.g. in company cost structure, offer calculations and project leading.
