As a Performance Analyst at Scout Me Online, I provide data-driven insights and feedback to help football players improve their skills and performance. I use various tools and platforms to collect, analyze, and visualize data from matches, training sessions, and individual assessments, and communicate my findings and recommendations to players, coaches, and agents. I am also a Talent Scout at KV Kortrijk Academy, where I identify and recruit promising young players for the Belgian club. I apply my knowledge and skills in traditional and technical scouting, as well as opposition and data analysis, to evaluate and compare players based on their attributes, potential, and fit. I am recognized by the Royal Belgian Football Association and certified by the Professional Football Scouts Association, and I have completed the Safeguarding Children in Football course by The FA. I am passionate about youth football and development, and I aim to contribute to the growth and success of the next generation of football stars.
