I am a firm believer that we are all born with a gift! Some may even say superpowers. My gift happens to be the instant connection I make with people from all walks of life. To have understanding and feel compassionate to all perspectives as well as being able to absorb other’s emotions, like Rogue, a character from X-Men the movie. I still ask the Almighty why me? I trust it’s because I was given the responsibility of spreading Happiness, Encouragement, and Support. I am a diligent overachieving professional who is always willing to go beyond expectations and push positive limitations. My experience, education, and training earned me skills such as effective communication, employee development, operational knowledge, system management, financial knowledge, emotional intelligence, and a great deal more while working at an exceptional quality level. I have 10 years of healthcare experience with Sentara Healthcare and over 15 years of customer relations experience. My professional and life philosophy is, “You are the creator of your own abilities that enhance your life for the greater good.” As an extrovert, I possess the art of being able to communicate effectively with others at any given moment. I believe while using my gifts, life is what you make it and I’m strongly motivated on continuing to expand my knowledge, education, and experience in leadership, business management, and healthcare administration.
