I’m currently building my career at the intersection of IT and product development. After gaining strong technical experience, I’m now transitioning toward roles in business analysis and product ownership, where I can combine my technical understanding with strategic thinking to create real impact. I have hands-on experience as an IT Support Engineer, collaborating with international teams to resolve incidents, analyze recurring issues, and optimize internal processes. This experience taught me to approach problems systematically, communicate effectively across diverse teams, and stay calm and analytical under pressure. I’ve learned how to break down complex technical problems into manageable parts, identify root causes, and implement solutions that improve workflows - all skills that translate seamlessly into product-focused roles. I hold an engineering degree in Applied Computer Science, which provided me with a solid foundation in software systems, databases, and IT infrastructure. This background helps me understand the technical aspects of digital products, allowing me to bridge the gap between developers, stakeholders, and end users. My strengths revolve around analytical thinking, organization, and process improvement. I naturally notice patterns, identify inefficiencies, and seek ways to make workflows, communication, and product development more structured and efficient.
