I am success-driven and a highly analytical professional with proven and extensive experience in delivering person-centred support services and case management to people who have been exposed to traumatic events and living with disabilities. Being people focused, I support and guide clients in a side-by-side manner to ensure they thrive in the homes and communities they cherish.Through all my working years, my ability to communicate effectively, use intentional practise to uplift the importance of client growth, reinvigorate team members towards the achievement of clients' life goals, deliver quality service, proactively build relationships, thrive in a diverse and fast paced environment, negotiate and resolve conflicts, manage different roles while maintaining a high standard of care and quality in every undertaking, maintain and promote inclusion and cultural diversity, liaise with stakeholders enhanced my natural leadership and interpersonal skills. I get the job done conscientiously without caring about who gets the credit.With the use of the What-What-How model of intentional practice, I guide the intent of my support, strategies, learn and teach.
