About Joy Balanon

As a Structural Design Engineer, my expertise are analyzing and designing low-rise to high-rise building structures. I attend coordination meetings with the clients, architects and fellow engineers. I present our structural design schemes & plans conforming to the various codes, providing efficient and workable solutions based on the project requirements. In addition, I conduct interviews and trainings to newly hired engineers in our office. I do quality assurance on the output of the Engineering and CAD Drafting Department. Also, I worked as a Conveyancing Paralegal where I provided legal services on the legal transfer of residential properties in Australia. I handled conveyancing acting for both the Buyer and the Seller. I was part of a team who specializes conveyancing for Off-the-Plan properties in the state of Victoria.
