I am a Chartered Accountant (CA) also having passed Company Secretaryship Course (CS) with an experience of around 15 years (all throughout in IDBI Bank) in Banking encompassing Credit and Financial analysis, Direct Taxation, Relationship Management, Asset Operations, Internal Financial Controls etc.I qualified my Chartered Accountancy in November 2006 and thereafter got placement at IDBI Bank, Mid Corporate Group, New Delhi Zonal Office as Relationship Officer/Asstt. Manager (Grade A) in May 2007 through ICAI campus wherein I prepared credit memorandums and undertook financial analysis of Mid-Corporate Cos. having offices/units in the North.On promotion in June 2011, I was promoted to Manager and was posted at Mid-Corporate Group (subsequently Corporate Banking Group) Project Appraisal Deptt. wherein I appraised Projects (both Greenfield and Brownfield) across diverse industries till August 2013. Thereafter, I was again posted at Mumbai Corporate Office as Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking Group wherein I was a handing a portfolio mix of Large and Mid Corporate Cos./firms across diverse industries pertaining to Western Region and undertook credit appraisal, pre-sanction and post sanction activities, prepared restructuring proposals, exit proposals, OTS proposals reporting to the General Manager directly till October 2015.Owing to transferable nature of job and my financial background, I was shortlisted for IDBI Bank Centralized Taxation Cell, Direct Tax Team in November 2015 and was looking into the direct tax compliance, filings, quarterly activities of the Bank. Thereafter, I was transferred to Kolkata Zonal Office in June 2017 wherein I was taking care of credit related issues for the Zonal Head including Staff accountability and Investigations into Branch portfolio, Portfolio Monitoring till May 2020. Here, I got my promotion in June 2018 and became an AGM leading a team of 5 officers.Thereafter, in June 2020, I was posted as AGM and Checker, MSME Credit Solution Centre, Kolkata and was in a Sanctioning Authority role taking care of credit needs of more than 60 Branches of the Bank leading a team of 3 officers till November 2021. Presently, I am posted as an AGM and Relationship Manager, Bankura Branch (IDBI Bank) looking into sourcing and processing asset and liability relationship and deepening into existing Branch portfolio as also managing the credit portfolio so as to ensure compliance and preventing slippage. I completed my CS in December 2020.
