Hello, I have worked as an correctional officer, case manager, and supervisor in North Carolina prison services for 27 years, obtained experience in the following services: 1. Inmate Classification & Assessment – Evaluating inmates for security level placement, risks, and rehabilitation needs. Case Management & Reentry Planning – Developing case plans, coordinating services, and preparing inmates for reintegration into society. Crisis Intervention & Conflict Resolution – Managing inmate conflicts, de-escalating crises, and maintaining safety within the facility. Supervision & Leadership – Overseeing staff, ensuring policy compliance, and mentoring new officers and case managers.
