About Joy Dey

As a Senior Engineer at Adani Wilmar Limited, I apply my mechanical engineering skills and knowledge to improve the manufacturing processes and ensure the food safety standards. I have been working at this company since July 2018, I have completed my Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bankura Unnayani Institute of Engineering in 2022. I have obtained multiple certifications, such as AutoCAD design, Unigraphics NX, FOSTAC FSSAI, and Internal auditor training, that enable me to design, model, and audit the machineries and operations. I am also proficient in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), a methodology that aims to reduce waste and increase efficiency. Thanks to these skills and competencies, I have contributed to several significant projects, such as implementing a new system to monitor and optimize the machine and process, resulting in a 15% increase in productivity and quality.I am passionate about learning new things and enhancing my abilities as a mechanical engineer. I enjoy reading books, playing games, and listening to music in my spare time. My goal is to continue to grow professionally and personally, and to make a positive impact on the organization and the industry.
