About Joy Erroja

Armed with extensive international experience in customer service, hospitality, and real estate, Mary Joy joins Driven Properties as a Property Consultant. Joy embarked on a career in hospitality at Jinana Palace in Morocco, supervising and overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the hotel’s room service operation and personnel. Her experience in Dubai includes a position as a Health Club Specialist in Crown Plaza and eventually a Property Management Coordinator at ERE Homes. At ERE Homes, she was responsible for landlord management, tenancy renewals and notices, quarterly property visits, Ejari registration, and coordinating all property maintenance issues. Mary Joy’s previous customer service experience, along with her knowledge of RERA laws, aided her in liaising with all parties involved in property management and continues to in her current path as an agent. Joy holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Birmingham City University UAE. Currently she owns two reputable businesses in Dubai such as File & Style Beauty Salon and Ocha Bubble Cafe. Her personal interests include travelling, music, painting, and fashion.
