About Joy Ganslandt

I’ve spent the past few years at Oriflame supporting members of Group Management—including the Deputy CEO, Head of Commercial, Head of Strategy, and currently the Chief Commercial Officer. I enjoy the variety of the role and the mix of structure, pace, and people it brings. From day-to-day tasks like coordinating meetings, handling travel and reports, to helping with global events and internal projects—I’m always ready to jump in where needed. I was proud to receive Oriflame’s “Togetherness, Spirit and Passion” award, which meant a lot as a reflection of how I work and connect with people. Alongside my EA role, I’ve also had the chance to step into product development as a Brand Manager—helping to create new collections for our makeup brands. It’s been a fun and creative way to bring my passion for beauty into the business side. I like working with great people, staying curious, and making things happen (ideally with a splash of colour involved).
