GST AND CUSTOMS 1) Responsible for GST Reconciliation, Filing and Preparation of statement. 2) Reconciliation of Books with GSTR2A, 2B. 3) Preparation and Finalization of GST Annual Return. 4) Preparation and handling Appeals in Customs for Excess duty charged. 5) Responsible to fulfill all the relevant requirements against the Deficiency Memo, Departmental Audit and Notices. • TDS–Responsible for deduction, reconciliation and filing of TDS return. • TCS–Responsible for collection, reconciliation and Preparation for filing of TCS return. • Reconciliation of ledger with group companies/sister concerns, all the vendors, debtors & Bank. • Preparation and Assistance to Auditor in Finalization of Financial Statements. • Day to Day accounting (all cash & bank transaction) • Checking of parties bills against Purchase & Service orders and ledger reconciliation • Dealing with foreign transactions (Import and Export). • Preparation of Sales Invoice and E-wayBill. • Preparation of various MIS Reports as required by the Management. • Ensure statutory compliances, policies and procedures as per the company’s norms and statutory provisions.
