I am a recent Law Graduate with a ‘close to First Class result’ of 4.495/5.0 from a prestigious state university in Nigeria, Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. Currently, I am exploring various areas of law through internships, research, and specialized courses, particularly practice areas like Corporate & Commercial Law, Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law, Mergers & Acquisition, Technology & Data Privacy Law and Regulatory Compliance. I have gained hands-on legal experience through internships at leading firms and organizations across corporate law, intellectual property, technology law, and regulatory compliance. I interned with MTN Nigeria (Corporate Transactions Department), where I worked on corporate legal matters, contract reviews, and regulatory compliance. At Olaniwun Ajayi LP, I gained experience in commercial law, government business, mergers & acquisitions, and legal advisory. My time at Piquancy Solicitors focused on corporate practice, including contract drafting and legal documentation. At Hilton Top Solicitors, I was involved in intellectual property, blockchain, artificial intelligence, legal drafting, and case research. With JIIPCC, I explored intellectual property, data privacy, and technology law. My legal exposure extended internationally through White & Case LLP, where I engaged in cross-border corporate law matters, and Dayal Legal Associates, where I conducted in-depth global legal research and analysis on intellectual property law. I have also completed the McKinsey Forward Program, further honing my problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership skills. Alongside my legal pursuits, I found another powerful tool—words.
