About Joy Lagain

I'm a veterinary nurse specializing in emergency care and feline behavior, now channeling my passion for problem-solving and empathy into the world of UX Design. My journey hasn't been linear. From film editing in France to caring for cats in Iceland, I've learned to listen deeply, adapt quickly, and understand diverse needs, whether they belong to a worried pet owner or a user facing a digital barrier. In the fast-paced vet hospital, I manage not just patient care but also our social media, crafting stories that connect and communicate clearly.Currently, I'm immersed in UX Design studies at Noroff, with a sharpened focus on accessibility and research. I believe great design, like great care, should be intuitive, stress-free, and inclusive for everyone. I'm excited to bring a unique perspective to digital products; one built on compassion, analytical thinking, and the calm required in an emergency.Let's connect if you're passionate about accessible design, the pet-tech space, or just love a good story about career transformation!
