About Joy Lee

I am a management professional with a diverse background and experience. I worked for 4 years with the Girl Scouts at both the local and regional level. While leading the Richmond Treaty Line Council I managed staff, maintained program delivery, membership and fiscal responsibilities, interfaced with volunteers, suppliers, funders, and the Board of Directors while simultaneously negotiating a merger with 4 other councils. Upon completion of the merger I moved to the Indianapolis office where I supervised 4 satellite offices establishing procedures and maintaining communications to deliver a consistent program while recognizing regional differences. I supervised budget development, membership and retail sales in these offices. My regional office managers relied on me to resolve problems they were unable to solve, and liaison to the headquarters. I am now looking for an opportunity that can capitalize on my effective leadership with strong organizational and problem solving skill. to help it meet strategic business goals and objectives.
