As the co-principal and co-founder of Metamorphic Consulting, I specialize in helping people work together more effectively to move from shared problems to shared solutions. I lead with a hands-on approach to guiding nonprofits, mission-driven organizations, and other groups through strategic transformation. My focus is on strategic planning, organizational development, and facilitating collaborative processes that build resilient organizational cultures and help groups navigate complex challenges. At Metamorphic Consulting, I design and lead participatory processes that engage stakeholders, helping clients develop actionable strategies and build consensus among teams. My goal is to empower organizations to align their vision and mission, work through conflict, and seize opportunities for growth. With a background in strategic planning, conflict transformation, facilitated dialogue, communication planning, and public engagement, I’m dedicated to helping organizations thrive in uncertain and high-pressure times.
