About Joy Lytle

Joy pulls from over twenty years of experience working in the for-profit, non-profit and government sectors. Most notably her time with the Cincinnati Business Courier, Schaefer, Clermont Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Garner, North Carolina. She brings a wealth of diverse, innovative leadership, event programming and business expertise. Serving on various Chamber committees over the years, Joy is active on numerous education, philanthropic, civic groups and boards. Most recently with CREW Cincinnati, ArtsWave, UC Clermont Advisory Council, United Way Eastern Area Campaign, Clermont Complete Count Census, Coalition for a Drug Free Clermont County, and Clermont County Imagination Library. Joy earned her BS degree in Marketing from Northern Kentucky University and is in the process of completing her Institute for Organizational Management certification. She was recently awarded Allied Construction Industries 2019 Distinguished Service Award and CREW Cincinnati’s 2019 Member of the Year. Joy is a long-time resident of Union Township where she lives with her husband Chris and their two children, Maddie and Ryan.
