I am an Assistant Packaging Manager with a strong background in the packaging stream, packaging development, optimizing packaging and processes, sustainability, and cost savings I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to the organization's success. I have had successful developments and implementation of innovative packaging projects that have resulted in cost reduction, efficiency improvement and quality enhancement. I currently lead the sustainability project (EPR) by ensuring all declarations are completed and all PROs are paid on time. I am a good project manager; I have successfully led packaging projects by coordinating from start to finish with the cross functional team. I have ensured compliance on packaging standards and regulations is adhered to. My key strengths lie in my ability to identify areas of improvement and finding the best solutions.
