About Joy Marshall

My Employment Goal is to obtain a leadership position with an organization that encourages me to apply knowledge and skills gained in 10 years in Banking, Publishing, Property Title Resolution, and Customer Service and 13 years as a Public School Teacher. I am excited to take on new challenges and to use my leadership, innovation, and organization skills to facilitate your company Goals. Prior to becoming a Teacher I was in the Banking Industry for 10 years. During that time I was in supervisory positions and was a Bank Officer. I often was called upon to train new hires in my department. It was my ability to teach others to do their jobs well that sparked my interest in becoming a Teacher. With 13 years of experience as a classroom teacher I am an expert at developing engaging and valuable lessons. In addition to teaching students I was also selected to lead a class of Teachers at our Professional Development Conference, and am often called upon informally by colleagues to teach them how to use our computer software and to review other district policies and practices.
