As a supervisor at Paul UK Ltd, I lead a team of 15 staff members, ensuring the smooth operation and customer satisfaction of the bakery and cafe. I also liaise with the head office and suppliers, manage the inventory and budget, and implement health and safety standards. I have successfully increased the sales and profitability of the store by 20% in the past year, thanks to my effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Alongside my work, I hold a master's degree in engineering/industrial management from the University of Sunderland in London. I am learning the latest techniques and tools to optimize the performance and efficiency of engineering systems and processes. I have a strong background in mechanical engineering, having graduated with a bachelor's degree from D. Y. Patil College of Engineering in Pune, India, and having participated in multiple national and international competitions in off-road motorsport. I was part of the team that won the first rank in BAJA SAE India in 2018 and the second rank in 2019, as well as the Raftaar award for the lightest and fastest student ATV. I also represented India in BAJA SAE Tennessee in 2019, where I gained valuable exposure and experience in the global engineering industry.
