About Joy Moore

I practice in the areas of real estate, estate planning and probate, and business law - assisting my client's with their property concerns and transactions. I enjoy working with clients on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters, including the sale, purchase and finance of real estate, and on projects ranging from hotel, retail, and multi-use developments to the sale or mortgage of a home. In the area of finance and lending, I represent banks, private lenders, and borrowers in both real estate and asset-based loans. I have many years of experience in commercial leasing, representing both landlords and tenants in diverse settings, including medical office, retail, manufacturing, and large and small business operations. I assist clients with their estate planning (wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, trusts and the like) and in handling the probate matters for clients - such as the probate of an estate when a loved one has passed away. In addition, I work with clients in the formation of corporations and limited liability companies, and with the transfer of business entities, including asset and stock sales and acquisitions, from the initial stages of negotiation through closing and post-closing details.
