About Joy Murray

I am currently on my 16th year serving in the world’s finest Navy. Since enlisting, I have been fortunate with the opportunity to serve in several capacities, overseas and stateside, to ensure military readiness, as well as, training combat-ready Naval forces who are elite warfighters, deterring aggression, and preserving freedom of the seas. I am a military instructor in dental laboratory technology, which involves fabricating dental prostheses, such as crowns, dentures, implants, and retainers. I also have experience in medical assisting, dental assisting, supervising, and managing various military programs, to include Drug and Alcohol Prevention, Sexual Assault Prevention, Medical Readiness, etc. My knowledge in military healthcare has demonstrated success working in various groups of individuals from different branches of services. I have fostered a culture of opportunities for to be successful. Empowering as a leader and mentor, I continuously seek to develop collaborative leaders and adept healthcare professionals. I have a true passion and enthusiasm for serving. My expertise, my education, my military background and training in arduous conditions helps me to serve efficiently, deliver quality care, and demonstrate great attention-to-detail while performing any given task. Many of my peers value my candor, wisdom, and my passion to provide the best care to all patients.
