Eighteen years experience working with disadvantaged communities, including five years management experience in the largest non-profit, local development company in Ireland. Extensive experience of innovative project design and implementation, youth and community work, project management, leadership and stakeholder engagement. Key Achievements: Promoted to Senior Manager at South Dublin County Partnership, leading an indepedent Children & Families thematic that has gone from strength to strength. Conceived, designed, piloted, implemented and evaluated innovative children and families projects that are evidence-informed, have positively impacted the lives of marginalised communities and have been scaled up and delivered by other agencies and organisations. Examples of projects include: award-winning KICK project, 4theFamily and Help@Home. Experienced facilitator with a passion to share learning with colleagues and communities.
