I'm an experienced operations and administrative professional with a diverse background across banking, training consultancy, and digital marketing. My career is built on strong communication, sharp attention to detail, and a consistent focus on improving day-to-day processes. Currently, I lead one of the teams who processes wire payments and direct deposits - tasks that demand precision, coordination, fast and time-sensitive decision-making. I stepped into people management for the first time - where I've guided a team with diverse needs (including neurodiverse staff), and built communication and task strategies to support different work styles. I've created systems that empower team members who thrive in structure while balancing accountability with empathy. In doing so, I've learned what kind of environment brings out the best in me: where collaboration is backed by real support, and where feedback flows both ways. Previously, I worked as an Office Manager at a tech firm, overseeing social media and client communication; Content Editor and Virtual Staff for an SEO company; and an Account Manager in a Training/Consultancy Firm. Having worked across different industries, I’ve learned to adapt quickly, support diverse teams, and handle both client-facing and back-office responsibilities with care. Whether it’s resolving complex transactions or guiding new employees through training, I approach each task with a collaborative mindset and a practical approach to problem-solving.
