About Joy Schneider

I have been working in youth programming for 15 years and have experience that spans a wide range of contexts, age groups, cultures, and economic statuses. I'm a well rounded professional with experience running programs, supervising staff, training youth development professionals, leading continuous quality initiatives, and building community partners. I'm passionate about empowering staff and youth to be their best selves and am continuously looking for ways to improve.
