Past employment includes serving as the Manager of Financial Reporting at Callon Petroleum and the Lead SEC Reporting Analyst at Marathon Oil, both of which involved preparation and review of the periodic Form 10-Q and 10-K, preparation and review of supplementary oil and gas disclosures, and application of XBRL in filings. Prior to these industry roles, gained public accounting experience at BDO, USA - Houston performing assurance services as a Level 1 Audit Intern through a Level 6 Audit Manager - serving mainly upstream oil and gas clients, conducting financial statement audits of both publicly traded companies and private entities.
