About Joy Yang

I have worked for 13+ years, including almost 11 years experience in IT industry, being Program Manager, Product Manager, Business Analyst. I have developed strong and project management / delivery and business analysis skill. I am PMP certified and ITIL certified. With 9+ year experience in Shell China Retail IT, I obtained sound knowledge of Retail business and systems, i.e. Retail station site system, EPS, loyalty, payment terminals, B2B fleet card, fapiao, ERP, etc. Being Portfolio Manager HK, I manage to deliver a significant & complex project, with IP headline size of 11.2m USD, and over 20 FTE from different regions / functions / cultures. Leading natural teams and various vendors (based in 6 countries and 4 different time zones), we successfully completed the replacement of all site systems and payment terminals for Shell Hong Kong and Macau. This will not only further enable Shell Hong Kong to strategically integrate closer to China infrastructure-wise to prepare for synergy with the Greater Bay Area but also to fast-track capturing growth from digitalizing the customer experience. I am resilient, decisive, and with excellent sense of responsibility and problem solving capability, I am always able to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
