I was described by a friend as someone with an "A Personality", simply because that when I do something, I make sure that it is done excellently and with a heart. There is no short cuts for me. I find happiness and fulfilment in helping others grow and be successful. As a 3rd placer in the National Licensure Examinations for Optometry, I can say that I am hardworking and I keep a positive attitude especially during the times when all else seem to fail. In the previous business that I am involved with, I find myself surrounded by wonderful mentors and learning opportunities. I had the chance to be trained by Jim Rohn, John Maxwell, Robin Sharma, Joseph McClendon, T.Harv Eker, Tony Robbins and top distributors in the country. Inspired by all the learnings and the influence I can share, I decided to prove my capabilities to myself. I joined AXA Philippines in 2010. AXA is a global leader in insurance and investments, AXA takes care of more than 100 million lives in 64 countries worldwide. In the Philippines, AXA is in partnership with Metrobank, one of the country's strongest bank. AXA is the only company that offers both life and Non-life solutions. I humbly started in AXA as an insurance advisor, absorbing all the learnings and embracing the challenge. I worked my way up to be one of the Top Executive Unit Head in just 9 years, now I am a Branch head and has become the first lifetime MDRT member in Visayas and the Tan Dynasty Group. I am honored to also be a 10-time GAMA Awardee. With more than 20 years of sales experience and management, I confidently take the challenge in growing my empire and creating world class advisors. My mission is to be the preferred branch in AXA Philippines comprised of multi-awarded, quality and dynamic advisors who are happy and passionate in their vocation to help more and more Filipinos secure their financial future.
