About Joy Ye

I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from La Trobe University, which gave me a solid foundation in data management, business intelligence, and system design. Recently, I completed a data analyst program at RMIT Online, where I am learning advanced skills in SQL and Python, as well as business analytics and visualisation. As an e-commerce business owner and a data analyst, I combine my passion for online retail and data-driven decision-making. I have been running my own e-commerce store for over two years, where I manage all aspects of the business, from product sourcing and marketing to customer service and analytics. I use MySQL and Tableau to organise, visualise, and interpret data from various sources, such as sales, inventory, website traffic, and customer feedback. My goal is to leverage my data skills and e-commerce experience to help businesses optimise their online presence and performance. I am a self-motivated, creative, and analytical person who enjoys learning new things and solving problems.
