I'm a strategic transformation specialist with over 20 years of experience in urban planning and workplace change. In my first 10 years in the UK, I helped shape spatial strategies that guided the development of both cities and rural areas. This gave me strong skills in stakeholder engagement and creating strategies based on data and evidence. These skills I continue to apply in workplace transformation today. For the past 10+ years in Hong Kong, I’ve applied that foundation to corporate real estate and workplace projects, leading regional initiatives for multinational organizations in finance, healthcare, and tech. I specialize in workplace strategy, occupancy planning, and change management, helping businesses align their space with strategic goals and support employees through change with clarity and confidence. I'm skilled at communicating with people at all levels, from frontline staff to senior leaders, using psychological techniques like motivational interviewing to build trust and reduce resistance.
