With over 20 years of dedicated experience in English language instruction, my mission has been to empower individuals through language education. Throughout my years of teaching, I have honed my expertise in teaching English as a Second Language, integrating my M.Ed in Teaching English as a Second Language with a deep commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments. My competencies extend to creative writing and nurturing a vibrant, supportive culture where adult learners can thrive and achieve their academic goals. In my current role, I specialize in instructing adult newcomers to Canada, with a focus on learning about Canadian society and becoming part of the Canadian community. This experience has reinforced my ability to adapt teaching strategies to individual learning needs, ensuring that each student can navigate their educational journey with confidence. My competencies extend to creative writing, proofreading, editing and excellent grammar skills.
