About Joyanne Manning

A highly motivated, experienced, passionate individual with strong professional experience and proven analytical, communication and management skills. I am extremely hard working, and work well as part of a team, leading teams or individually. As an excellent communicator, I am recognised for my skills guiding clients and teams needs and expectations. My diverse experience allows me to view projects holistically and deliver them successfully, in a cost efficient manner and in accordance to program. I have wide-ranging experience of successfully delivering programs and projects across a range of civil infrastructure and the built environment in challenging environments, with multi disciplinary teams for both public and private sector clients. I have worked In Australia, UK and Ireland and have undertaken some humanitarian aid related work in Vanuatu. I am the Global Resources Leader (acting), a member of the Australasian Arup Regional Board, the Chair of the Regional Digital Executive and Digital Leader and Arups Global Circular Economy Skills Leader. I have worked on projects in the waste and resource recovery sector over twenty years and have a particular interest in strategy and policy development, circular economy, and the opportunty of using waste as a resource. I am also a board member of Circular Australia. I am a Fellow and Engineering Executive of Engineers Australia, a Chartered Engineer and a Certified Practicing Project Director/Program Manager (CPPD). I have successfully completed the MBA Business Economics module as part of the Executive Education Program with Imperial College London and Arup, and an Executive education course of Sustainable Futures with the Cambridge Institute for Sustainabity Leadership (CISL).
