About Joyce Aduloju

A seasoned pharmacist/research professional with over 9 years of pharmaceutical and clinical experience. I have developed strong skills supporting Phase IV clinical trials and post-marketing surveys in line with SOPs, ICH-GCP and regulations. I am grounded in managing patient recruitment, adverse event reporting, clinical trials reporting in accordance with ICH E2a based on country specific guidance, dispensing medications, training staff, and maintaining store financials. I have also demonstrated my ability to lead and manage teams effectively, as evidenced by my role as a branch head pharmacist/supervisor at retail pharmacies. I am organized with the foresight to prioritize risk and monitor team progress. Besides being a pharmacist, I completed a diploma program at Dan Robert College of Healthcare, where I was exposed to the developmental needs of people in varied age groups. Additionally, I hold certifications in leadership and management in health from the University of Washington, department of Global Health, good clinical practice from The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), and ethical conduct for research involving humans from Health Canada. My interest in research continues to grow as I delve deeper into the world of drug development and pharmacovigilance. My goal is to continue to grow as a professional and develop skillsets to provide career versatility.
