I am a Senior Project Manager and enterprise transformation leader with 18 years of experience delivering complex business and technology programs across the Retail, Energy, and Telecommunications industries.My expertise lies in leading large-scale transformation initiatives that modernise enterprise systems, reshape operating models, and transition business processes and technologies. I have successfully led end-to-end programs covering strategy, business case development, delivery planning, vendor selection, operating model design, capacity and resource planning, and the establishment of new service capabilities.Most recently, I delivered a $48M enterprise transformation for Woolworths, leading the migration from SAP ECC 6 to SAP S/4HANA. As Senior Project Manager, I directed a program organisation of 438 internal resources and vendor partners across multiple workstreams including Migration, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Integration, Information Management & Reporting, Downtime Management, Change Management, and Quality Assurance. The program successfully executed a tightly orchestrated 38-hour production cutover and guided 23 business and system owners through the transformation journey to ensure operational readiness.Throughout my career, I have been passionate about solving complex problems, improving organisational efficiency, and enabling business outcomes through technology transformation.
