IT IT ITITIT2010IT100 APAC Joyce Chuen, was Recruitment Manager for Information Technology (IT) and a core member of the Executives level searches. Based in Tokyo, Joyce worked with multinational companies and large local enterprises in IT Business recruitment covering IT Consultant, IT Business Analyst, IT Project Manager and IT executives level type of recruitment. Since 2010, Joyce has made over 100 placements within the IT Specialism in Japan. Prior to joining the recruitment industry, Joyce worked for Aon consulting and US government as an Industrial and Organization Psychologist, designing and implementing psychometric assessments, multi-rater & opinion surveys, selection systems and training programs to build leadership pipeline and acquire the best “fit” talents for her client organizations. Joyce has experience working in a variety of private and public organizations across APAC, including developing, localizing, and validating selection tools for 7- Eleven Thailand, Yum Brands China (HQ of Pizza Huts) and Hutchison Port Holdings; as well as designing competency based interview tools for Philips. Educational Qualifications Joyce graduated from University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and received her Masters of Science in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from University of Baltimore. Besides fluent in English, Joyce speaks multiple Asian languages, including Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese.
