I am currently a Senior Technical Marketing Manager developing technical information showing how technology can streamline an organization. I utilize technologies like docker, maven, git and markdown as well as others. As a technical marketing engineer I worked with a cross functional team developing technical materials for our customers, prospects and partners. I am also a seasoned Technical Sales Professional working in Cloud Content, Process, and Governance Services. As a Case Manager, Business Process Management and Content Management Subject Management Expert, I have worked on many Enterprise Process Management, Content Management, Imaging, and Enterprise Records solutions for large insurance, financial, telecommunications, and government accounts. I currently work with Alfresco Process, Governance, and Content Services. I have completed a variety of courses in sales, demonstration, and presentation skills and have expertise in technical writing and proposal generation. I have extensive experience working with lines of business as a technical liaison specifically around finding solutions to real business problems. I have worked with the IBM FileNet product suites including IBM FileNet Case Manager, Content Manager, Case Foundation, Content Manager OnDemand, and Watson Content Analytics. I have deep expertise designing solutions for business problems and delivering custom demonstration and presentations of those recommendations.
