About Joyce Khalife

I am a design leader with a strong background in visual and user interface design, whose career has evolved into creative leadership, guiding teams, shaping strategy, and driving impactful user experiences. My focus is problem solving, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to create structure and foster growth within design organizations. Currently, I am an Associate Design Director at Publicis Sapient, where I work closely with stakeholders to shape effective digital experiences that connect users with meaningful products. This role enables me to combine strategic vision with team leadership, ensuring that business goals and user needs are consistently aligned. Over the years, I have led high-performing teams, built scalable design operations, and established processes that bring clarity and efficiency to complex, multi-stream organizations. I am deeply invested in mentorship, cultivating an environment where designers can thrive and deliver their best work. My ability to build trusted client relationships has positioned me as a reliable partner, often serving as the first point of contact when quick, effective solutions are required. With experience across industries including travel and hospitality such as Diriyah, Heathrow and Neom and banking, and finance such as SAAB and FAB, I bring a broad perspective and a leadership style centered on collaboration, clarity, and impact.
