CAREER SNAPSHOT In addition to Physician roles, I have most recently served at Integrated Health Associates (Site Medical Director), Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital (Medical Director of Ambulatory Practices), and Henry Ford Health System (Medical Director / Associate Medical Director of Population Health). These positions have spanned multiple healthcare specialties, directed up to 150 staff, and impacted 100s of thousands of patients. In each case, I and my teams have carved out millions in budgetary gains while simultaneously delivering creative healthcare solutions. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS- Produced the largest YOY quality performance improvement by leading the rollout of point-of-care software at HFHS. Recognized statewide for exceeding pre-pandemic levels- Averted 70% of ED visits with Mobile Integrated Health team, resolving inherited execution issues- Led an enterprise-wide workgroup at Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) that lowered COPD readmissions 3-4% across the most burdened hospitals- Uplifted collective performance at HFHS from bottom to top quartile within 18 months post pandemic, rolling out a technology solution designed to radically streamline front-line healthcare delivery.
