An enthusiastic and detail-oriented office admin professional, in addition to exceptional customer service with a long list of satisfying clients and the ambition to go further in this sector. Having lived and worked in different parts of the world, my adaptability to new cultures and people skill demonstrates my skilful capability in cooperating with various people and teams. Being worked in sales and marketing sector at Mega Power Technology in Hong Kong for over a year, in a variety of areas, including supporting internal departments and vendors where I made use of my knowledge to achieve team goals, filing documentation, updating CRM System, quotations and tender preparations, providing one-stop satisfactory customer services, overseeing big database, reception of visiting clients as well as booking administrations. After moving to the UK, I am currently working as a shop-floor retail Team member at Greggs to develop my professionalism in customer service and administration aspect whilst studying an Admin Assistant dipolma with Pitman. This course brings forward a fully-equipped me to further grow the career pathway in administrative roles. Graduated with a Bachelor of Media and Communication degree, majoring in Public Relations and studying marketing as my electives at Edith Cowan University from Perth, Western Australia (2020). After completing my degree, I enrolled in a 3-month summer internship in a Digital Marketing post in Australia. My career goal is to align with company that has similar vision. In the meantime, building my personal brand via social media by illustrating a blog to share quality information with my targeted audiences. It is an excellent opportunity to get engagement in the marketing position which not only allows me to develop my writing skill, but to showcase my creativity whilst building networks with people inside and outside the industry. Managing a blog also enables me to gain experience in administrative support duties (Both materials preparation and schedule arrangement). I am trilingual in languages including Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Although my mother tongue is Cantonese, I can able to speak and write fluent English and Mandarin as well.
