I have extensive experience in sales and operations. At Farmer's choice, started off in merchandising and, then account and customer relationship management and grew through the ranks to the role of customer service manager for 3years. As a Head of Modern Trade - Highlands Mineral Water company I worked for 2years 8 months. As team leader I built structure in retail and developed a strong motivated sales team. Together we grew market share of a upcoming brand from 4.2% to 6.4% in retail. Operationalized SLA's with all leading retailers and grew monthly average revenue by over 30%. At my current role as Head of Commercial at simplifine, My greatest role is to build sustainable structures and commercial viability within the business. Develop strategic growth paths in commercial department for future growth. Empower channel managers to manage current customer relationships and onboard new customers. Create a condusive working environment for a strong and motivated commercial team. Developed existing talent through training and up-skilling and Recruiting new deserving talent. We cater to different type of clients from small private companies to big corporate clients. My passion is to meet new people and build relationships that help us reach our potentials, At the same time, creating solutions for our customers.
