As a Vendor Manager, I sourced out suppliers, coordinated bids, negotiated pricing and agreements, vendor supplier capabilities, and aligned purchasing and inventory planning with forecasts. Using data analysis and trending, I identified opportunities to maximize revenue while proactively mitigating risks and harnessing opportunities. As a Customer Support Specialist, I have achieved great success by ensuring that my company meets Best Practices, “Standards of Excellence”, lead times, and quality standards to exceed customer expectations. Additionally, I collaborated with colleagues to codesign a new district-wide curriculum and led training seminars to facilitate the change initiative for my district colleagues. As I progressed into business, I expanded my skills by developing industry and department-specific instructional content and leading training sessions utilizing adult learning theories. By seeking the connection between learning and performance improvement, I ensured that each lesson is designed to meet the needs of each individual.
