From November 2023 to March 2024, I worked as a Retail Associate at Ober Gatlinburg during a Work and Travel program. This experience allowed me to refine my customer service skills in a dynamic environment, interacting with a wide range of customers from different cultural backgrounds. Prior to this, I served as a Bilingual Quality Monitor from May 2023 to November 2024. My responsibilities included overseeing service quality, providing feedback, and ensuring compliance with company standards. I was twice invited to act as an interim monitor, a testament to my reliability and expertise. Additionally, I spent 1 year and 6 months as a Bilingual Interaction Expert. In this role, I was responsible for negotiating reservation penalties with international hotels, demonstrating my ability to handle complex interactions and deliver satisfactory outcomes for all parties involved. My experiences have equipped me with strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a proven ability to perform under pressure.
