About Joyce Smith

I am a strong believer in “where there is a will, there is a way!”. This is what I represent in my private life, as well as, in my profession. How else can we aim for better? I like to take on challenges and drive towards long-term solutions. With my refined skill set and positive attitude I bring people together. My strong communication skills in different languages support me in establishing sound rapports with my team members, other colleagues, and internal/external stakeholders. Supporting my team to feel connected and driving them towards success is my passion. What started as two-groups within one team ended as one team working together to reach and even overachieve set goals. What do I do outside of working hours? I run weekly about 20 kilometers, walk my dog every morning for about 1.5 hours before work, do Agility, cook/bake, learn Spanish and spend quality time with my family and friends.
